The workouts were challenging and Brittany answered all the questions and concerns I had during the process. The videos she provides for the workouts were very helpful in making sure my form was correct. She always was available if I had questions or concerns. I'm exited to continue working with Brittany for the next few months to learn more about nutrition.

She helped me when I struggled and needed positive encouragement. She also helped keep it real with me when I needed to buckle down and stay consistent so she could help me better by changing my diet, rearranging my meals, etc. After completing my 8 week challenge I feel stronger, more confident, knowledgeable, and toned. I signed up for the 3 month personal program so that it could be made for my body type. I have loved being told exactly what to eat and what workouts to do as that is something I have always struggled with not knowing exactly what to do when I go to the gym. I can’t wait for month 2 to start with my workouts on Monday.

I’m a mom of four, currently breastfeeding and felt sluggish and weak before signing up for Brittney’s 6 month training program. I’m in shock as to how much these past three weeks have changed me with Brittney as my trainer. I not only feel stronger, but I have more energy to play with my kids- even after doing my workout for the day. I’m in a much better mood and have more patience with my kids which makes me want to cry happy tears. Brittney has answered all my questions, however silly, with detail and motivation, and has catered my training and meals to fit me. This has been a HUGE part of sticking with it. I’m so excited to see what gains I make in the coming months!
